Buying your next home from us means that you are buying a property with no forward chain. Placing a holding deposit means that we will give you an exclusivity period of up to 28 days to exchange contracts. This gives you the certainty that once your offer has been accepted your property will not be offered to others and you will not be gazumped.

New homes will come with a warranty that is also compliant with the Council of Mortgage Lenders requirements. A refurbished home often has all the benefits of a new home but with the added benefit that older properties usually were built on larger plots, had bigger room sizes, better parking provisions and bigger gardens.

Generally all appliances will be new and gas and electrical installations will have been checked, brought up to current regulation standard if necessary and certified accordingly. Buying a new or refurbished home gives you all the benefits normally associated with modern fittings and appliances, better standards of sound and thermal insulation.
